I authorize repair work to be done - along with the necessary materials - and grant you and/or your employees permission to operate the vehicle herein described for the purpose of testing and/or inspection. An express mechanic's lien is hereby acknowledged on the vehicle to secure the amount of repairs thereto.

Labor warranties are 6 months, and parts warranties are 12 months, or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. Warranty work must be performed in our shop and cannot exceed the original cost of repair. No incidental costs (including towing and rental cars) are covered under our basic warranty. We reserve the right to refund purchase price in lieu of warranty repair or replacement.

No warranty on parts or labor is expressed or implied on customer provided parts. Tires are subject to manufacturer's warranty only.

Vehicles left after repair are completed without prior arrangements may be charged a $25.00 per day storage fee.

Only written estimates will be honored. Estimates are valid for seven (7) days from the date that the estimate was originally created.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen articles/items left in vehicles. Please remove any valuables before leaving your vehicle.
